A receipt = one signed decision or action event. You keep it.

## Service catalog (credits)

Credits are service allowances, not money. Non-transferable, non-withdrawable. Live catalog: `GET /api/pricing` or `GET /pricing/services`.

## Not live

- Agent-token valuation, conversion, or redemption
- World A token billing (that world has no checkout)
- Metered per-agent overage fees on top of the listed org plans

Future agent settlement, if any, is **proof → signed receipt → service allowance**. Embassy does not price, value, convert, or redeem tokens.
